As always with CityInkExpress continuous ink systems, the installation was a breeze thanks to the very helpful videos and the quality of the products. If ever I do have a query about the installation or day-to-day running, response times to emails are very short and the information is always useful.

Compared to other systems I have tried, these are by far the easiest to fit and maintain, spare parts are always available, and the build quality is second to none. The videos walk you through every stage of the way.

The only criticism I could have is to use white printers in the videos if possible, sometimes it is hard to see what is being done inside a black printer, but there again the explanations are very good.

I would not hesitate to recommend these ink flow systems, you will not be disappointed!

I have been a customer of CityInkExpress for a good number of years purchasing a good few ink systems plus two printer and continuous ink system bundles.

Even when I had a problem, parts were purchased and then the package arrived with extras just in case had been sent.

I was tired of buying miniature ink cartridges, and a friend recommended CityInkExpress. Not sure of what I needed I phoned for advice and was impressed with the knowledge of the lady I talked to, who knew all of the makes and models in detail. She recommended the Brother DCP T510W with internal ink storage.

I have now installed it (very easy instructions) and it is performing brilliantly in b/w and colour. I was previously thinking of a laser printer, but this is every bit as good.

I am very happy with my choice and with CityInkExpress' advice.
