Cityinkexpress inks are independently confirmed to BS / EN; 71-3: 2019+A1:2021 In the sublimation field this is commonly referred to as " baby safe Inks " Sublimation baby items often include Bibs, Baby Grows, Blankets, Vests, Shoes, Cups and many more.

ICC Profiles

ICC profiles you may of heard of them or not - basically its a digital file that gets loaded onto your computer and is setup in a suitable software that will manage the colours for you to give the best results possible from the printer / paper / ink combination being used

Below you can see pictures & Movies we took  / made of various sublimated materials we pressed - such a  wide range of fantastic colours - don't you agree ? , you can also achieve this with cityinkexpress - inks papers and ICC profiles.

 
Do i need software ?

Photo Software Should be used to print from and manage the ICC to give accurate colours, we supply guides and videos for most of the leading softwares on the market. Not using software will mean the outputted colours will never be anywhere near what they should or could be.

Crafting softwares, Microsoft software's such as Canva, Cricut, Gravit, Pro-Create, Design Space, Paint, Silhouette, Photo Viewer cannot manage icc profiles so although you can still design in them you will need software to print your design from, we have a simple solution to show you how to do this.

Other Apps  Ipad's, phones, tablets, chromebook etc cannot handle  ICC profiles so you cannot use those to print, a windows or mac computer or  laptop is ideal, on a Mac additional software is not needed to print from.

Warranty All printers are brand new and are normally covered by the manufacturer but as a third-party ink is being used the Manufacturer will not warrant unless its D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) or suffers a fault not related to the accessory part we supplied, Cityinkexpress will cover the warranty on this item for a period of 12 months but our warranty excludes print heads, in the unlikely event you suffer a print head blockage we are happy to attempt a free repair for you on return of the printer.
