Epson WF-3620DWF Ciss ink System review Dye Vs Pigment Ink WF-3620DWF which one is suitable for me
FotoRite Dye ink for Epson WF-3620DWF Cis is a water based ink and FotoRite pigment ink for Epson WF-3620DWF Cheap cis ink is primarily and oil based ink.
FotoRite Ciss Dye ink for Epson WF-3620DWF Ciss soaks into the media and FotoRite Ciss pigment ink for Epson WF-3620DWF Cis sits on the surface and reflects the light that hits it, for this reason if you are using glossy paper you should check with the manufacturer if it is pigment ink friendly.
FotoRite pigment inks for Epson WF-3620DWF cheap ciss high light stability makes it useful for many applications where there is a necessity for the prints not to fade for many decades - in certain conditions it is capable of up to 70 years light fastness before it fades, the WF-3620DWF pigment ink particles within the FotoRite ink for Epson WF-3620DWF cis are larger than dye and because of this if the Epson WF-3620DWF printer is not used on a regular basis i.e. once or twice a week it may mean you have to do a couple of head cleans / nozzle test prints in between non use.
Prolonged non use for more than 3-6 months and the particles would settle at the base of the FotoRite ciss for Epson WF-3620DWF tank and may cause a blockage so ideally if you choose WF-3620DWF pigment ink it should be used on a regular basis.
FotoRite Pigment ink for Epson WF-3620DWF cis is water proof and dye ink is not.
FotoRite Cheap Pigment ink for Epson WF-3620DWF ciss is capable of many decades before noticeable fade and Dye ink would be a many years.
FotoRite Pigment Ciss ink for Epson WF-3620DWF requires regular use of your printer dye ink does not.
FotoRite Pigment ink for Epson WF-3620DWF ciss is really only required for suitable applications that high light stability or waterproof properties is a must, for every day use you should choose the ciss for Epson WF-3620DWF dye option.

Answer: I'm afraid those two printers use different cartridges, so the CISS is not the same. Sorry about that.
