Question Subject: Brother dcp 7055 drum error message See Answer
Details: Drum error message telling me to clean the drum (which I do) then doesnt clear the message. drum is not that old. no problems with print quality. turned it all off/on again. just wont start printing again.

Answer: Usually for Brother printers, you need to tell the printer that you have replaced the drum. It's not a chipped part, so there will be an option in the menu for this.
